I want a little advice in my quest to jump higher, become more explosive and become more faster. I don’t have the money to being able to buy your ebooks. So I’m hoping for you to give me a little grasp on the exercises and nutrition and program that I need to add 8-10 inches.

Great stuff, it is best to get a program that is set up for you in order to get on the road to jumping higher. That’s the best way to workout, just make sure you implement what you get, otherwise it will be a waste of your money.

An important key to vertical is flexibility. Being more flexible enables you to get more from you muscles and strength. The formula we suggest S+F=P. Remember to include stretching in your program. Thanks for the great tips.

I’ve been playing basketball since I was nine years old, im twenty now 5,8′ 150 lbs. and i have pretty descent basketball skills. I was wondering, will this product really work considering my height?
